Hi all, we've got a Replication problem, and I'm very new to replication. Here's the message:

MSG TEXT: EventID: 0x4000429C (17052) - Error: 14152, Severity: 10, State: 1

Replication-Replication Distribution Subsystem: agent OURSERVER-

On the advice of another board I've checked for blocking processes, there are none. I've also been advised to "modify the replication agent profile"...but I haven't got a clue what type of agent profile we're using, and then what parameters within it I'd need to change!

I've looked at Technet but that's not specific to our current error message - I don't have time to learn Replication from scratch, I just need the fix....

Thanks,

This maybe a deadlock issue,
Enable the 1204 trace flag in your startup parameters. You will see more information on the error in your log.

What service pack are you running on the machines? What other text is there in the errorlog and application logs?
