Hello

I wonder which operative system (type of Windows) is the best for running Cisco Callmanager?

UNIX!!

seriously, it runs on WIN2K only as far as I know (at least as far as supported by cisco)

but and 4.1.2 is my fav release of callmanager to date

You can install win2k advance server with service pack 4. Let us know which machine you are using. So we can guide you in appropriate way.
