Hello All, first of all thanks for taking some of your time to read me.
I have an avaya aura with virtualized CM / SMGR, SM and a physical SBC.
Recently we had a power outage and the ups was not enough to keep the server on, after the power was reestablished I have all the endpoints with the message acquiring service.
I saw on the SM the following message on each phone extension:
500 asm identity unresolved
Any ideas about what should I try?
