I'm new to Borland C++ Builder, not so new to programming...
I'm trying to create multiline formatted output in a memo box, but it doesn't recognize the escape characters. How does one do this?

Also, and more directly my problem I think... I don't have a good reference for finding things out about this product (C++ Builder 6). The included documentation leaves a bit to be desired as far as usability in my opinion. What is the best place to look for tips nuances, such as the above?

Thanks!

You may want an owner drawn box if you are doing some fancy formatting. I would suggest looking at . To see some of the newer articles you have to join but IHMO it's well worth it. You may also want to look at the BCBCAQ (BCB Commonly Asked Questions) site at the above link. Another of my favorite sites BCBDEV.com, unfortunately, went down and hasn't come back up.

To determine how long it will take to write and debug a program, take your best estimate, multiply that by two, add one, and convert to the next higher units.
