Newbie Needs Assistance

I am completely new to Symposium and need a little help. I have a small call center on an option 11 switch. All I want to do is create a new agent id and extension in the switch and in Symposium. Can anyone tell me what loads to go into. I did a DNB in LD 20 of the extension that I was given and it said NO ACT SINCE NO DATE. Do I need to be in a different load to view this?

I would advise you to get a copy of the supervisor's manual for your version of Symposium as well as the NTPs for your switch and keep them handy. It'll save you a lot of future headaches.
If you got "ERR SCH0881" previous to the NO ACT it should mean that dn is available.
