Hi there, hope someone can help me out. Ive gone through the install process properly and got its all installed ok. How ever when i go to start the service, i get this error.

.bin/apachectl: line 67 /usr/local/httpd-2.0.48/bin/httpd: No such file or directory.

How do i correct this error. When i look in the bin there is no file called httpd? where can i get it from.

I hope someone can help me out.

Regards

Hi,

How did you compile apache? Did you use prefix option? By default it will go to /usr/local/apache2. If you want you can search the whole system using find command.
