Hi all,

I'm a newbie to 9iAS, so bear with me.

I have a simple J2EE app deployed. I would like to be able to type something simple to get to it, than the rather long and complicated address it has (machine/port/path).

I also think I remember from the class something about hiding the physical structure from the public.

Any pointers on what to do?

Thanks

Hi BeanTree,

I'm new to 9iAS also. What is the long path (machine/port/path) that you are using?

The reason that I'm asking is because we are trying to deploy a simple servlet to find out how 9iAS deploys .war files, but we can't seem to address the servlet once it is deployed.

Thanks!
