Newbie help

Ok. I am doing my first install of FreeBSD ever and I got all the way done with the partioning and all of that stuff. I'm to the part where I have to select the things to install. I need to select bin, etc for minimal installation, but how do I select it. I highlight it but I can't figure out what key to press to check it. I hope I don't sound to stupid.

Press the spacebar to select or deselect an option. An X will be placed in the box when selected
