Newbie help required Apache 2 on Solaris 10

I am new to Solaris and Apache. I have installed Solaris 10 on a Sun Ultra 10. During installation I added the everything from the companion cd including Apache 2. When I check the directory structure I can see /usr/apache2/bin and /usr/apache/bin but cannot find the /conf directory in either. I have tried to follow the documentation from apache.org but really don't have a clue what I am doing. Any help greatly appreciated.
