newbie help flash 5 question

I have been everywhere trying to find just a little help
with this project.
I am new to flash so maybe when you read this you may end up rofl.
Here's the deal. I want to make rollover buttons which are animated that is step one.
next each button will be associated with an image that is presented in a set position on the page upon mouseover.
That is step two.
next on click the user is taken to the URL associated to that picture. I don't know what to call this dohicky thingy thing. So any help will be appreciated. Maybe someone knows what this is called and/or where I can find either script or tutorial for this. Thanks
