newbie => problem with a ppd !

Hi,


I have a ppd that someone has been made there are several years. if i install this ppd with the inf file and select => print to file => i send a document 7 pages with mixed font and picture. the result is the prn size is 16 MO.

Now for the same document i install a other ppd from a other printer and send the print in print to file the size of the document made 2.5 mega !

Each ppd are in level 3 post script

i have compare option in printer preference, but i haven't seen any difference ! someone can have some idea ?!
