Download it from

http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi,

and edit the configuration file. It's highly commented.

Or, visit

http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html.

It might be more than you need (it bundles MySQL and PHP), but it's very easy to set up and you can see what the configuration looks like.
