newbie - dialing into cisco 1600

I'm new to the world of ISDN and I need some advice. I'm trying to set up direct router-to-router ISDN call, where the other router calls my cisco 1600. The problem is, I don't see any incoming calls. When I try to call my ISDN number over the conventional phone, it keeps ringing. I don't know if this is correct or not - I'm assuming the router should pick up the call and I should hear tones, like with the modem call. If so, most likely I'm missing something in the configuration of the router.
Can anyone help?
