Is it possible to have sharepoint running under your default intranet site, E.I = takes you to the default intranet site (index.htm). Then have a link to your sharepoint, and have all this running on one sever (2003) sp1.
I have limited knowledge with IIS but I will try!!

Thanks for any replys.

Kind regards,

Chris

The general technical idea is that you surrender management of IIS to Sharepoint, so I wouldn't recommend what you're proposing. SPS is intended to REPLACE your intranet site, not supplement it.

We have some tools on the legacy site that don't translate well to SPS, so we put links to them in the portal, not the other way around. And we do a redirect on the "old" intranet default address to the new Sharepoint site.
