Newbie: Calls terminated to Department Group Pilot, got busy and forwarded to a destination.

Hello experts,
I am new to the sv8100, I was assigned to configure sv8100 to create a new Department Group Pilot which rings stations 102 and 105. When internal calls (no trunk involved) reach the group pilot and both stations are busy, call will be forwarded to 4567.
Thanks for your helps.
