Newbie Block Insert Question

I wrote some basic code that inserts a block and then asks to insert it again, Each time you hit "ok" it indexes the x insertion point a predetermined distance.

The problem is as Im doin this, you can see the results until you exit the command.

is there a regen or something that I can do each time the block is inserted so I can view it?

What I meant is you CANT see the results until you exit the command. (typo)
