Newbie: Apply a custom template to a meeting workspace

I'm just starting messing with WSS and I've downloaded a meetings management template from the Microsoft site. I want to use this format as a meeting workspace so I can intergrate it into Outlook 2003 but when I create a new site if I pick the custom template from the list it doesn't create it as a meeting workspace.

Is there any way once I've created the site to change its purpose from team site (which I presume it is) over to meeting workspace? I have FrontPage 2003 if that helps.

Hi,

As far as I know that is not possible. The meetings management template is not built as a meeting workspace (as you noticed). You could just use the default meeting workspace template that comes with WSS and try and modify it to suit your needs.

It sure is strange that they did not make it as a Meeting Workspace.
