I changed the name of an active dn yet when I call the set (T7316) the name is wrong. Do I need to change it somewhere else?
Also, how can I check where a set is forwarded. I have a user that complains they receive someone elses calls at times.
 
Do you have documentation? If so, familiarize yourself with it.

You probably changed the Vmail side? F983?
You also need to change the Telephone system, you can google for cheat sheets.

If the set used Call Forward then you cant, if they use Call Forward no answer then look under Capabilites programming (cheat sheets).
