We have an MD110 version of OS: BC10
to dial out internationally we have setup a separate code (8 as apposed to 9) the calls are then trunked to VOIP GW
so when you dial the number (any international) you receive an incorrect dialled number, however when you hit the redial button it works ok!! this only happens with our analogue phones, the digi's are fine.
I have checked the log on the GW and can see that extra numbers are being added to the first call.
does anyone have a clue how I can resolve this?
