Newb need help with training

Hello,

I am looking to take some online training course's on nortel phone systems. i want to take the basics courses for phone programming and basic troubling shooting skills.
I just know the very basics right now but want to improve what i know.

Currently in our office we have a Norstar Plus Modular system ICS with call pilot & nortel phones.

Could you guys point me in the right direction on where to start and recommonded places to take the courses "online" or in the Los Angeles area?
