So I developed a site on my local machine for my upcoming wedding, and it looks great! I ended up using this elegant looking cursive font, which I know is ordinarily a "no-no" but it fit the circumstance since it sorta looks like a wedding invitation and it's only for our friends and family.
Anyway, I recently discovered that most users don't actually have the font, and it ends up just reverting to the secondary font choice, font-family: cursive. Well, the default "cursive" font isn't even a script, it's an aweful looking cartoony font that I don't like.
Is there a way to have the browser download and use a font so it shows up like I want it to in their browsers? It seems like there should be a way to include it somehow, and I'm sure it's very basic if there is, but I don't know how and my initial googling didn't turn anything up.
