New Workspace links

I am attempting to create links in my Lotus Notes 7 workspace so I can access the various e-mail accounts and calendars I have permissions for. I was able to create links in the bookmarks but can not copy them to the workspace. I would like to organize the links better and the workspace appears to fill that void. There are too many links to list in the side bar bookmarks.

Can someone please give me some direction on how to create these links in my workspace. The help file and computer support personnel have been of no help in this matter.

You can only create database icons on the workspace in R7. If your "links" have anything to do with web addresses, it won't work.

Now, if what you want to do is create a database icon on the workspace, all you should need to do is go to File/Open Database and navigate to the Notes database you want the icon of. By opening it, you'll get an icon on the workspace page you are currently on.
