New WebSpeed installation in linux server and with error 11077

Installation of open edge 10.1B in Linux server. its show a error 11077 that unable to load enhlog.dll where I search for the particular dll that is missed in the server.
If anyone helps in this regards it would be g8 for me to proceed further.
