New website design not working in firefox

Hi, I just designed a website using go live for a company I work for. You can view it at

The entire time I was checking it using my older version of explorer. Today I was ready to upload it, and asked my IT person to make sure everything was ok, only to find out it looks a little bit off in the new version of explorer, and just horrible in fire fox. He also said he has no idea what happened, and no idea how to help me. I have firefox now so I should be able to check any changes I make in go live. Any suggestions? Where do you think I went wrong?

I figured out most of it. One of my problems was that when I put pictures into my cells, the cells would automatically resize to fit the picture (in the preview and in explorer) but in firefox the cells would be the orignal default size. So I had to go in and key in all the correct sizes for the cells. I was never able to figure out how to get my menu to be in the right space on some pages though, but I don't think it is too noticeable.
