new Wallboard software

Hi all,

I am looking to bring out new Wallboards in the office which should display calls in Queue, SLA and Agent stats.

Interessted in your solutions, did you purchase them or self designed?
Currently we are using a self designed one, which needs to be replaced. (Its getting data from CMS over script which are published in a self scripted webpage.

I use Grafana. Grafana is free and the dashboards are beautiful!

How do you get the real time data into Grafana?

There are API in the market to get real time data from CM BCMS or CMS directly. We use the Grafana JSON plugin and the API to get the required real time data and display the data using different Grafana Visualization panels.
