We have installed an IPOCC which is working as it should, no problems with configuration and call routing etc.
However am trying to access the new Wallboard feature as per the new documentation on the knowledgebase (Using Avaya IP Office Contact Center Wallboard), and trying to access via or Have switched off the windows firewall on the server. However does not connect.
Is there a service that I need to start on the IPOCC server that is outside of the Watchdog?
