Is their a way to tell if a cp 150 unit is new or a refurbished unit. I had a customer specificly request a new unit, I ordered new and paid more for it but looking at the box/packaging now that it has arrived I think its a refurbished unit and may have a vendor trying to pull a fast one. I would like to verify if its a new unit before I install so I can either send back and/or renegotiate the price before I drop them as a vendor for lying.
