New Volume on Server 2003

Greetings:

Doing a self-paced course. I have Server 2003 on a single drive. I would like to create three additional volumes of 650Mb each. Could not do it with the manage option. Guidance sought

Did you leave any space on the drive during install?

Ie HD = 40GB
System Partition = 20GB
Leftover = 20GB?
