I'm on a new Aura CM 10.2 system with J159 phones. I've created a group of new users with new extensions and all of them are hanging at acquiring service. If you log out and login with a different extension, it will log in fine. I've done side by side comparisons of the user accounts & endpoints and found no differences. What could I be missing?
