New users error on Nupoint Build: 14.1.1.4.01 1

I try to create a new user name and password for the help desk area so they don't use root. I was able to created the user but when they try to login they get a message not authorized.

any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Hi, Thanks for looking. Nupoint was able to do it before then we start doing upgrades, of course the vendor did not know that they removed the feature to add users. We talked about it then he told me that the next version was going to fix it. We did the upgrade and I'm still stuck on this. I activate the local-admin account and that's what we have been using. Just hope they do dig around and break something because I check all the menus and I think I can do pretty much everything
