new user

hi all,


dont have much experience in bordermanager, i have been requested to setup a new user in bordermanager for vpn connectivity.

i was hoping someone could point me in the right direction(can i set it up in nwadmin?)

NW OS 4.11

not sure what version bordermanager they are running
