New user voicemail.

I'm new to Cisco so I hope this is a really easy one.

When I add a new user, I can never seem to do it correctly where Cisco Unity pickups the user and creates a associated mailbox. The user is there, the system DN works, the phone can dial out but not mailbox user. Is there a way I can force Unity to create a mailbox?

 
You have to go into Unity and create the mailbox. Do you do that?
