Hi

i have version 9.1, and need some advice on backup exec.
i dont need anything fancy when backing up, i just want to put a tape in and back up.

this is what i normally do , please tell me if there is a better way

1. label five tapes monday to friday, this also prepares the tapes?
2. create the selection list, adjust the media management to just overwrite regardless of protection etc
3. shedule to run at 10.00pm

so whats the best way to insure success, should i label all tapes first then move to the media set?

i get confused with the whole media set this and that and catalog etc and various other terminology
