When I create a new user or group it takes 1 day for it to display in everyones address book. I beleive there is a way to make this display immediately for staff via the System Manager console?

I would guess that your clients are using Outlook 2003 which by default the user profile is in cached mode. Cached mode uses the off-line address book which is replicated every 24 Hours. You can force replication by right-clicking on the Default offline address list in an choosing rebuild (could take some time depending on how many accounts exists).
My suggestion would be not to use cached mode on desktop clients, I use it on Laptop users as they are do have to work offline at times.

The rebuild worked.
I like useing the cache mode on all workstations so that I could if needed reboot the exchange server and they will be able to continue to work without interuption. Also works good for a bit of redundancy incase the server goes down for any extened period otherwise they would be without their mail until there has been restore.

As far as cache mode... that config works for you, great. At least now you know why changes occur every 24 hours. BTW - you can change the configuration interval. Go back to the Default Offline Address List -> right-click, properties. Update interval options under the General Tab.
