Hi,
I used to create new user by just copying existing user and rename appropriate fields. All the attributes of the old user is copied. We are using MS Exchange 2000.
Lately, using the same procedure it doesn't copy anymore the attributes. I have to recreate the smtp, x400 email addresses.
The new user is not also added to the global address even after many days it was first created.
When i setup the MS Outlook in the user's workstation, it failed. It kept on asking the UserID, Domain, and Password even though you entered them correctly.
However, by using Web Outlook the new user can access the e-mail. But our objective is for the new user to use the MS Outlook not the Web version.
Thanks
