I have two questions...
1. I am trying to create a database that has the body of several emails as one of the fields. When I try to cut and paste the text into the database it says "the text is too long to be edited", the first item I tried is only about 3 sentences?

2. I want to create a data base of 100's of scanned images & documents. I created the table and then made a "link" item back to scanned item...When linked item is clicked it is all scrunched up in the corner instead of displaying at whatever size item is...anyone know how to fix this or have any other ideas of how I may create a user friendly database/system to retrieve these docs? They are information from companies we deal with on products we sell, so need to figure out a way to allow user to pull by company or product line, then have the doc display properly and allow user to print full copy of item...

Thanks!

You can make a field have nearly unlimited text by changing the data type to "MEMO" in Design View.
