New user in V4.11

We're trying to adjust the "user" accounts on a Novell 4.11 Server (10 users).
SYSCON is not accepted. It says to use NWADMIN, but when we do, it gives an
error. What's the secret to something so simple as this?

For starters, SYSCON is an old tool for netware 3.12, it should not be used on a 4.11 server unless you have bindery loaded. If you are having problems using NWADMIN, you may want to download the most current version from the Novell website and launch it from your desktop. From there, you should be able to see the tree and by double clicking that you should be able to see the users accounts.
