New User Connecting to MySql

I've been using Crystal Reports 9 for about a year, but have never had to connect to a MySql data source. Now I have to and I can't figure out how. The connection is through a password protected intranet link.

I feel like I'm missing something obvious. Thanks in advance for any help.
