Just started using this program, having some difficulty placing word documents. Managed to copy and past them in, but would rather get "place" to work. Help hasn't been helping, instruction book not available. Any advice? [sig][/sig]

Perhaps like this:
Store file *.txt (plain text)
Load file by Wordpad
Remove any control directives
Rearrange text with respect to tabs and so on,
thus creating readable plain text
Import in PM
Create new arrangements like tabs, bold, italic and so on
I think this works !

This might also concern the problem of not identifying the type of text to be placed, coupled with the PM version in use. When placing text, PM asks what the text type is. If it's a newer version of MS Word that PM doesn't recognize-- then you have to either change the text format, or upgrade your PM drivers to accept the newer version.
Which brings me to a question: When will PM be offering drivers to accept WP-9 from Office 2000?
