New User Can't logon

I have just created a new user and I get the following message when trying to logon.
"Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded."

I am trying to log into Terminal Server. I have created the users folder under the profiles directory and given that user full control and still the same message. Anyone have any ideas?

does the user have permission to access the share where the profile is located?

Well I have given the user full control over the profile directory, but its not shared....nor is all the other users on the network and they are working fine.

Well im gut says permission problem. Have you tried deleting the local profile on the TS for that user? Ive had to do that before.
