Good day .. v. 7.02 Seagate Desktop
Sounds simple, but can't figure it out.
I had one user group for the desktop, it was for external users with minimal rights. We have been using this group for the last two years with no problems. I have since created another user group, for internal users. With the exception of a different Group name, everything else is the same. But when I assign a new or old user from the old external group, into this new internal group, they can't see any of the folders. They only see the APS, no folders, reports or instances. I have checked the properties and they are an exact match, with the exception of the Group name.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
