Sorry if I'm a little harsh - I noticed the following things on your page:
* For what resolution is your site designed? Whilst most sites now look smooth on 800*600, yours is off border even at 1024*768 (I don't have more...)
* Why are your frames resizable? Try making them a little less flexible - you can also use tables to layout a page. In fact I think tables are much better than frames...
* Give the site a title - "Untitled Document" is not very descriptive
* Try to remove the margin at all pages where it is not really appropriate (topmargin="0" bottommargin="0" leftmargin="0" rightmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"
* The amples on the first page look like a second menu - why don't you make the links there work (and not just be placeholders for some javascript)?
* The colors look a little incoherent - the senape yellow does not show up anywhere else on the site but in the background (and at the "M" in the mission statement button).
* If you have an eMail-Address somewhere (like on the mission statement page) why not make it active and clickable?
* Suggestion: A Feedback form looks much better than a page with your eMail on it... Check out PHP for the mail stuff (Server sided, your provider has to support it)
* About your Flash at omar.com: Try making some of the bitmap graphics Vectors. These are way faster to load...

i am also a rook it is just a layout and i don't know how to add animation

dimlek: The animation should be done using Flash (or another tool that can create streaming content in the Flash format). Check out your page layout is pretty basic, but it looks slick and pretty cool - fill it with good content and you'll get some hits. Do you plan some kind of menu on the later pages for the navigation between the sites?
If you don't do much, you can't make many mistakes ;-)
But hey, I'm no guru, right? Don't get me wrong, but you have to make your site as you feel it's right. There are pretty good articles all over the web or in magazines about how to layout a page.

Page is too big for my screen and my resolution is 1024x768. Graphics could go way down in size. That'll push the top elements over to the left where they'll be seen (and page will load faster).
Descriptive title will help you be found in search engines. You should have Keywords and Metatags as well in order to be found.
Few professional pages use large "Times" as the body font. Small Verdana or Ariel is slicker. Let it float or spread it in css.
Menu items on left side should have same size font (even though they're images).
Multiple frames fooks awfully "Industrial". There are many disadvantages to frames as oppossed to tables.
Forget the "Best Viewed in Internet Explorer". If it lookes bad in Netscape, they'll just think you're too lazy to address it.
Colors look good to me on my Mac. Schoolbus yellow is daring but works well. Top image is nice. Flash is not an easy program to use.
