New to the SMS packaging process - Newbie question!

I have a quick question. How can I setup a package to run the Windows Banner installation on all my PCs (this is the pre-login banner that let's you know if you are not authorized to log in on my network I can beat you within an inch of your life with a iron chain... not really but you get the point)? I have no idea where to start... any assistance would be great. The command of course is regsvr32 filename.reg.

You would want to do that with a gpo, probably not sms

There is already a GPO option configured for Pre-logon banners. I dont have access to the tree structure, but it's under Windows Configuration.
