We are an interconnect company and work primarily on Nortel Norstar and Opt 11. Most of these customers use the basic ACD in the switch which we are familiar with. We have a new customer with Symposium on an Option 11. We are looking for some tech support and/or training on Symposium. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Global Knowledge provides training for Contact Center(symposium). You might want to check into that.

GK is a company that does a lot of Nortel training, and seems to be the standard.
Their stuff seems to be pretty user friendly, and have different training options to fit what you need. Very satisfied with the one course i've had, and plan on more soon.
