New To SQL

I need to learn SQL querys (use dbExplorer and SQL+)and how to create and use SQL formulas in a Crystal Reports 8.5 enviornment. I am accessing Oracle Tables.

First question: Is this the best of the several SQL forums to seek help for the flavor of SQL I need to work with?

Second: Can anyone suggest an appropriate SQL training course I should check out, either at a training location or on-line??
