Let me start by saying that I am new to the Samsung Systems (OfficeServ7100) as we have been an Avaya house forever. We started selling Samsung a couple months ago and I have been setting up our in-house demo/ lab system trying to get a handle on this thing.
I am currently working on the WeVoIP application and it is mostly working with a few exceptions. We use a combination of Samsung devices all of which are on the latest software and compatible per the Samsung list.

1) I am unable to get it to work over our internal WiFi but it does work over the LTE (AT&T) Cellular System. So far Samsung Support has not been able to determine why.

2) When you make a call with WeVoIP and choose to use the WeVoIP app it requires that you insert a "9" to be able to dial an external number. I understand that the "9" is for ARS as it is the same as dialing from the desk phone but the prospect of having to amend all of the contact numbers in a cell phone to now have a second number with the 9 added doesn't make any sense to me. As the WeVoIP is given a different extension from the OS7100 is it possible to set these extensions up in a way that would not require the 9 for outbound.

3) Maybe it's just me but I can't seem to find any really good forums or support site for this system. Any suggestions by chance? I would much rather use forums to resolve my issues than having to contact samsung everytime. Ands yes clearly there is this one but it seems that in comparison to the IP Office forum it is considerably less "occupied".

Thanks in advance

There is another forum that has a pretty good following of Samsung Dealers on it. Are you using an Android based cell phone?

Yes we are using Android. Combination of Samsung Galaxy S5 and Notes. I'll try the other forum I'm familiar with to see if they have more of a Samsung group for this as well.

LRB45 How do you like the OfficeServ 7100 compared to IPO ?
Most Noted Downside?
Most Noted Upside?

We work with both. They're both solid platforms. Samsung does have a 5 year warranty on OS and phones. Similar to IPO in features. Theres no cost for IP Endpoints. I see that as an upside.
