Hi,
I am working with a client who wants to be able to share an existing dsl connection. I have looked into the BEFSR81 cable router but am not certain if it will work in my environment since all of the workstations require static ip addresses (200.x.x.x) vs the 192.x.x.x that the cable router kicks out. There is no server in this environment. Is my only choice to configure all of the workstations to accept dhcp addresses from the router?
Additionally, it is necessary to keep two different networks in this environment, though each network should have access to dsl. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
