hi all
i would like to develop a php site and i have read abt the language(ie, snytax,basic progrmming). but i would like to know if there is ana editor for php.
im used to asp.net and the .net framework, but i would like to create a table and place my controls inside a table.is there a drag and drop capability fro controls
