New to Netscape developing any tutorials?

Hi, I have been developing for a few years with CSS but always on intranets where I new the user had IE. I am starting to develop for the internet now and am looking for a good tutorial that will explain the differences between IE and Netscape....any help would be appreciated

yeah I know.....seems a shame to spend 50% of my developing time for 10% of the users
