New to Mitel 3000 - cannot Cancel Group Forward (have tried method from UM, does not work)

Hi,

I'm new to Mitel 3000...client wants to cancel their Group Forward. I have attempted the method the User Manual suggests, but it doesn't work. Suggestions?

What group are they in?
Each phone may have option on the display to cancel
or what is the forwarding forward all calls? forward on busy? forward on no answer?
DJmanpower, what is it the customer is REALLY trying to accomplish?
